Kickboxing classes will consist of punch and kick drills, footwork, punching and kicking heavy bags, pads, and partner drills. The classes are beginner friendly. All levels of beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes will benefit from this class. It is excellent for cardio, strength, flexibility and self defense. The classes are performed with upbeat music to assist in a fun and enjoyable class. Be prepared to sweat, and upgrade your fitness levels.
Equipment Needed; 10 or 12 oz boxing gloves, sneakers, shorts or sweats. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your own water bottles, towels, and lots of smiles and determination. :)
